Consignment
We Accept
- Sports cards (2000 and newer) valued at an estimated $100 or more
- Graded cards – Vintage/Modern
- Pokemon, Magic The Gathering, and other TCG singles
We Do Not Accept
- Reprints, fakes, custom cards
- Raw vintage cards – will need to be graded
- Cards in very poor condition (large creases, writing, stains etc.)
Cards that do not meet our criteria will be sent back at the owner’s expense.
Shipping Guidelines
- All cards must be shipped sleeved and in toploaders or one touches
- Team bags are recommended
- Ship in a box or padded envelope
Your eBay Listing
Individual cards are listed as 7 day auctions on Sunday night with a starting bid of $0.99 USD, ending between 8PM and 10PM EST the following Sunday night.
We are not able to customize start and end times for auctions.
We do not do reserves on auctions.
To accommodate holidays and other events, some items may be listed as 5-Day or 10-Day auctions.
Shill bidding (bidding on your own auctions) will result in cancelation of all current and future auctions with us.
Payment
Once the auction for your item(s) has ended, the buyer will have up to ten (10) days to pay as per eBay policy. Payouts will not happen until we know the customer has received the card and there are no issues. You will be notified when payment is ready to be sent, and the final amount (minus fees) will be given to you through the method of your choosing (see below for ‘Payout Options‘)
Payouts will be in Canadian Dollars.

FAQs
What is consignment?
With consignment, you send your cards to us and we take care of the eBay listing, payment processing, and shipping.
Once your item sells, you will receive the sale price minus all selling and consignment fees.
How do I send in my cards for consignment?
You can either drop off the cards at our location in Kitchener, Ontario or mail them to us. If mailing, you must fill out a shipping form prior to shipping.
How many cards can I send in?
You can send as many cards as you want. Large shipments will be sorted and specific cards will be listed the first Sunday with the remaining going up the following Sunday.
I'm local, can I drop off my cards in-person?
Yes, you can drop them off during our store hours.

Can you list items as lots?
At this time we are not cosigning sets or lots. If you are looking to sell your singles as a lot, please contact us as we may be interested in purchasing them.

Is my auction(s) subject to taxes?
The buyers of the cards on eBay will be paying the sales taxes on the sale.
When will I get paid?
Once all the cards have been delivered to the buyers and there are no issues, we will contact you to start the process of payment.
I sent the wrong card(s). Can you return it?
You must contact us 24 hours before the auction starts and you will be responsible for the shipping charges of returning the card(s).
How long will it take for my items to appear on eBay?
This will depend on when your cards arrive. If time permits they will be listed the Sunday after we receive them otherwise they will be listed the following Sunday. In some circumstances we will also list on the Tuesday after we receive them for a 5 day listing but we will confirm with you before proceeding with that option.
What happens if an eBay buyer doesn't pay?
The item(s) will be relisted to eBay starting at .99 cents.
What happens if my items get returned by a buyer?
The item(s) will be relisted for auction starting at .99 cents.
What if my item doesn't sell?
There will be a $10 fee for our time and the card(s) will be returned to you, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
