A swirl of colorful starlight appears, growing brighter and brighter until it is all you can see. When the burst of light subsides, you find yourself in a wondrous new place. Welcome to the Great Illuminary, the center of a magical realm called Lorcana.
The Illuminary summoned you here because of your powerful imagination. You follow a pulsing line of light through curving hallways and numerous rooms to emerge into a vast atrium. A mechanism there towers over an open book. Sparkling down from above is a stream of colorful story stars, each containing fragments of Disney stories.
As an Illumineer, you’ll wield six magical inks to summon glimmers of Disney characters. Glimmers can appear as familiar friends or in fantastically reimagined forms. Recruit glimmers to your team as you travel through the realm of Lorcana.
For a century, animators at Walt Disney Animation Studios have used ink to create magical characters and stories. Their work inspired the creation of Disney Lorcana and is celebrated in this Disney 100 Collector’s Set, which includes 6 stunning foil alternate art cards from Disney Lorcana: The First Chapter TCG and Disney Lorcana: Rise of the Floodborn TCG , illustrated by Disney animators. These alternate art cards are available only as part of this limited Collector’s Set, which also includes 4 booster packs from Disney Lorcana: Rise of the Floodborn.
